Abdominal Pain
Abdominal pain can be caused by eating too much food or drinking too much alcohol. Sometimes it can be caused by eating something that does not agrees with you or slightly spoiled food. Occasionally it can be a signal of a more serious problem such as a disorder of the appendix, intestines, gallbladder, liver, kidneys, pancreas, spleen, stomach, or reproductive system. If the pain is severe or persistent, consult a doctor.
Herbal Remedies
Peppermint – To make a tea, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 or 2 teaspoons finely chopper leaves. Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain.

Ginger – To prepare a tea, peel and mince enough root to make ½ teaspoon. Add 1 cup of boiling water and let steep, then strain.
Alternative, add a few drops of fluid extract to hot water and drink.
Ginger is also available in capsule and syrup form.
American ginseng (Panax Quinquefolius) for energy.
Gingerroot tea is good for head and chest congestion, malaise, and the chills.
Recipe: Grate a 1-inch piece of peeled gingerroot. Put it in a pot with 2 cups of cold water, bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer five minutes. Add ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more or less to taste) and simmer one minute more. Remove from heat. Add 2 table spoons of fresh lemon juice, honey to taste, and 1 or 2 cloves of mashed garlic. Let cool slightly, and strain if you desire.
Then get under the covers and drink as much of it as you like.

To Lower Cholesterol
To reduce saturated fat in your diet as much as possible, animal origin, also palm and coconut oils.
